We are looking for professionals who want to commit some of their time and expertise to protecting the ocean. That includes people already working in ocean governance, technology, or conservation, as well as professionals in other industries who care deeply about the ocean and want to contribute meaningfully.

• Remote Positions: All volunteer positions are remote.
• Broad Experience: We welcome professionals from within the ocean sector and from other industries whose skills can support the mission.
• Career Pivots: Volunteering can provide practical experience for professionals exploring a transition into ocean governance, technology, or conservation.

Our internships are currently unpaid and intended for students and early-career professionals seeking practical experience to add to their resumes. We do not require a minimum number of years of relevant experience.
